About the role

As a Senior Associate in Management Consulting – Sales, Service & Marketing at PwC, you will work with clients to improve customer experiences, drive loyalty and support revenue growth. Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer journey data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Manage customer data systems, ensuring security and accessibility.
• Conduct trend analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and roll out experience initiatives.
• Lead customer‑experience design projects and support client engagements.
• Adapt strategies to evolving market demands and high travel requirements (up to 80%).

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s of Business Administration.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Final‑year MBA candidates are eligible to apply.
