Management Consulting Sales, Service & Marketing Internship (Summer 2027)

About the role

As a Management Consulting – Sales, Service and Marketing Intern for PwC, you will work within the Advisory practice to help clients improve customer experiences and build loyalty. The internship runs in Summer 2027 and offers exposure to a variety of industries and hands‑on involvement in customer‑centric projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support teams in designing and delivering customer‑centric strategies.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
• Assist in creating and implementing customer experience (CX) initiatives.
• Conduct customer journey analyses to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to business process improvement efforts that optimise client interactions.
• Help manage customer data and feedback, including survey design and analysis.
• Gather and analyse data to support customer relationship management activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (typically in 3rd or 4th year of study).
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Marketing Technology, Marketing Strategy, Finance, Mathematics.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Strong interest in consulting, customer experience and data‑driven decision making.
