About the role

Booz Allen is seeking a Senior Application Developer to lead the design and delivery of complex, mission‑critical software solutions for the intelligence sector. You will act as a solutions architect, turning extensive development experience into strategic system designs that anticipate future challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Architect data solutions with SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Implement automated testing and ensure ongoing maintenance of code quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in application or software development.
• Proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to use automated testing tools for testing and maintenance.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.
