Senior Analyst, Talent Insights

About the role

The Home Depot is looking for a Senior Analyst, Talent Insights, working virtually from Georgia. The role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, workforce strategy, technology, analytics and artificial intelligence, turning talent data into actionable intelligence that helps attract, engage and hire top talent. You will lead the design, development and evolution of solutions on talent platforms including CRM and HCM, with scalable workflows, executive reporting dashboards and AI-enabled tools for the global executive talent team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own executive talent candidate generation strategies and build diverse external talent pools of leadership talent of strategic interest to The Home Depot.
• Manage end-to-end research projects and talent market scan requests, including search plan development and research and market scan summaries.
• Report to the Manager, Executive Recruiting; the position has no direct reports.
• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• Preferred: prior experience in talent intelligence, executive search, talent acquisition, sourcing, CRM administration, talent operations, workforce planning or related fields.
• Preferred: experience building portals, workflows, dashboards, forms, reports, automations and talent communities in a CRM, ATS or HCM environment, especially Avature.
• Preferred: experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, and working knowledge of agentic and generative AI platforms and prompt engineering, including tools like Copilot, Gemini and Claude.
