Senior Analyst, Retail Media, In-Store Network & Influencer

About the role

The Home Depot is hiring a Senior Analyst, Advertising Operations to support and optimize its retail media business, with a primary focus on In-Store Network and Influencer advertising programs. The role manages campaign execution, drives process excellence and ensures successful delivery of supplier advertising initiatives across offline and omnichannel media. It works with Sales, Media Strategy, Creative, Product, Analytics, Finance and external partners on campaign planning, fulfillment, quality assurance and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clear reports, charts, tables and presentations to support business decisions (15%)
• Analyze operations to find growth opportunities, yield management, inventory and supplier selection, and KPIs (30%)
• Partner with the site testing team to define the most effective customer experience (10%)
• Report on marketing campaigns to internal stakeholders and external suppliers using complex data sources (30%)
• Analyze transaction data to identify purchase triggers and indicators for future value customers (15%)

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Analytics or a related field
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in advertising operations, marketing operations, retail media, campaign management or digital marketing
• Preferred: experience with omnichannel advertising, in-store advertising, influencer marketing and social media
• Preferred: understanding of retail media ecosystems, campaign execution and advertiser support models

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with campaign management tools, CRM systems, workflow management platforms or project management solutions
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines
