Advertising Operations Analyst

About the role

The Home Depot is hiring an Advertising Operations Analyst in Smyrna, Georgia, to welcome new self-service advertisers into its Retail Media+ platform ecosystem. The role manages relationships with self-service advertisers, including training and ongoing strategic advice, and works across the Platform Solutions and Ad Ops teams so that each platform is easy to onboard and offers a great customer experience. It reports to the Manager, Sales Support, has no direct reports and requires no travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships in the Retail Media+ platform: onboarding suppliers, identifying strategic opportunities, making recommendations and solving problems.
• Build, implement and evaluate processes and platforms with cross-functional teams.
• Provide platform training to cross-functional groups and contribute to team meetings.
• Identify technological, operational or other challenges with platforms and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Aged 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: marketing or account management experience, agency or brand marketing experience, and experience with digital media, retail, e-commerce and on-site advertising products.
• Preferred: experience with large digital properties (Facebook, YouTube) and newer or niche properties.

Required skills

• Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: digital marketing basics such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds, tracking codes.
• Preferred: ability to draw conclusions from financial documents, project management, negotiation and complaint handling.
