Senior Analyst, Pro Capabilities Engagement

About the role

The Senior Analyst drives The Home Depot's Pro growth strategy within the Pro Capabilities Engagement (PCE) team. The role partners across functions to understand customer needs, find growth opportunities and design engagement strategies that raise awareness, adoption and share of wallet. It works in an agile environment, owning initiatives end to end, and brings predictive analytics, personalization and automation into scalable engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for assigned initiatives, learning and reporting on best practices, industry standards and requirements, and recommending project planning and data use
• Measure program effectiveness against metric targets, run optimization strategies based on performance and customer feedback, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Create clear documents and presentations and present to a wide range of stakeholders
• Own small to medium projects, prioritize tasks and report so deliverables and goals are met or exceeded

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job
• 4 years of work experience preferred
• Typically reports to a Manager or Sr. Manager with no direct reports
• Overnight travel of 5% to 20% of the time; mostly indoor, seated work

Required skills

• Preferred: working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau and presentation software such as PowerPoint
• Preferred: experience using AI and advanced analytics tools to inform strategy and scale insight-driven engagement
• Preferred: demonstrated project management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and clear communication of complex ideas
