Senior Analyst – Portfolio Growth Credit Strategy

About the role

Barclays is looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to lead Portfolio Growth Credit Strategy initiatives. The role focuses on pricing analytics within the credit‑card industry, using data‑driven insights to shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, collect and extract data from internal and external sources, ensuring quality through cleaning, wrangling and transformation.
• Design, develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for automated acquisition and processing.
• Build and apply statistical and machine‑learning models to analyse patterns, forecast outcomes and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies and business cases.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in pricing analytics and credit‑card industry data.
• Proven ability to develop robust decision models and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of leading analytical projects and building business cases.
