AVP Airlines Partnership Segment Lead

About the role

The AVP – Airlines Partnership Segment Lead will drive growth and improve customer experiences across the lifecycle of key strategic airline partners. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables, develop business requirements, and oversee end‑to‑end execution while acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the innovation agenda for strategic airline partners.
• Translate strategies into deliverables, develop business requirements, and manage end‑to‑end execution.
• Coordinate internal teams (partnership, marketing, technology, controls, legal) to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
• Oversee large‑scale projects spanning multiple customer‑journey touchpoints.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control for the partnership segment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal and external relationship management.
• Project management and process oversight expertise.
• Ability to support large‑scale, partner‑focused strategies with a big‑picture perspective.
• Familiarity with co‑branded product dynamics in financial services, travel or retail.
• Experience overseeing P&L for strategic partners.
