Product Manager

About the role

Continental Finance Company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead credit card acquisition and decisioning initiatives and manage an Agile product team. You will work closely with Marketing, Credit Risk, Data Science and Technology to launch new credit card products and enhance underwriting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog and priorities for credit card acquisition and decisioning.
• Lead the Product/Scrum team and partner with BSA, Development, QA and Engineering to deliver features.
• Collaborate with Marketing on acquisition campaigns and with Credit Risk on underwriting strategies.
• Work with Data Science on risk and response models and drive enhancements to rules engines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience in credit cards, fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional Agile teams and manage product roadmaps and releases.
• Experience partnering with Marketing and Credit Risk stakeholders.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis and performance reporting.
• Credit bureau integrations (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax).
• APIs and system integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA and Confluence.
