Business Analyst

About the role

Tires Easy is a fast‑growing e‑commerce company looking for a Business Analyst to serve as the analytical and operational backbone for strategic teams. You will draft communications, build executive‑ready presentations, track commitments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft all written communications for the account lead, including emails, formal responses and internal updates.
• Build and maintain weekly account presentations, turning raw data into clear executive narratives.
• Monitor performance metrics, surface anomalies early and track open action items to closure.
• Prepare briefing materials for meetings and coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests.
• Pull and analyse data from internal systems (BigQuery, dashboards) to answer business questions and support strategy.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 2–4 years of full‑time private‑sector experience delivering analytical output and professional communication.
• Ability to close loops, stay calm under pressure and pivot priorities based on business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with BigQuery; Python is a plus.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, FP&A or strategy/operations in e‑commerce or retail.
