Finance Controller Internship – Spring 2027

About the role

This full‑time internship with Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Column LLC supports the Controlling department. You will gain hands‑on experience in closing processes, account reconciliation, reporting and forecasting while working closely with the plant controlling team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily plant controlling tasks, including cost‑center expense reporting and cash‑position forecasting.
• Support month‑end closing activities and preparation of monthly business reports.
• Monitor and distribute key performance data and ad‑hoc reports as required.
• Contribute to business planning and forecasting processes.

Required profile

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or within one year of graduation.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral communication skills in English.
• Availability for at least six consecutive months, full‑time Monday‑Friday, with possible renewal.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data management and report writing.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP (desirable).
