Senior Analyst Integrations & Mapping

About the role

The Senior Analyst – Integrations & Mapping designs, documents, and manages data integrations and mappings that enable seamless information flow across Advancement systems. Reporting to the Director of Data Integrity & Governance, this role bridges business and technical teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and secure data movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data mappings, transformation rules, and integration documentation aligned with business requirements and governance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture integration requirements, document business rules, and support system enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, integration failures, and system discrepancies in collaboration with Advancement Technology and ITS.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, data definitions, and system dependencies to support governance.
• Participate in technology initiatives, recommend simplifications, and create user stories and functional specifications for developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, data integration, business analysis, or CRM administration.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in higher‑education advancement or nonprofit fundraising is a plus.
