Senior Analyst ERP & Corporate Applications

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Workday Finance through configuration, testing, and reporting. The role works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions within a leading health care organization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Workday financial modules (financial accounting, AP, expenses) to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, including disaster recovery support.
• Analyze data and create reports to aid operational and strategic decisions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, recommend improvements, and provide technical guidance to finance functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Information Management, or related field, OR high school diploma with 7 years relevant experience.
• 4+ years progressive experience in Information Management, IT, ERP, or corporate applications, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
