Manager ERP & Corporate Applications

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee daily operations of its ERP and corporate applications. The role ensures system stability, security, and optimal performance for end‑users across the health system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, maintenance, and issue resolution for ERP and corporate applications.
• Evaluate system gaps, recommend consolidations, and drive usability and performance improvements.
• Partner with leadership on roadmaps, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations while managing change control.
• Monitor user feedback and operational metrics to continuously improve support processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and align applications with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience supporting business‑facing applications in a complex organization, preferably healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams responsible for application operations and support.
• Strong understanding of server environments, application hosting, and integration with operational processes.
• Proven vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or higher).
• OnBase, CCURE 9000, HealthStream administration experience.
• Microsoft Windows Server administration (certified preferred).
• CompTIA Server+, VMware, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certifications.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based SaaS models and structured change‑management processes.
