Senior Aircraft Electrical Technician – H145 Final Assembly Line

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Senior Aircraft Electrical Technician to join the H145 Final Assembly Line in Columbus, MS. You will work on avionics, fabrication, repair, and installation of aircraft electrical and electronic components, supporting both production and maintenance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, repair, and installation of aircraft parts and avionics systems according to blueprints, sketches, and service manuals.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.
• Coordinate material, supply, and tool needs with multiple departments and maintain accurate work records.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of experience on aircraft avionics, preferably on rotorcraft.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• US Person status under ITAR (U.S. citizen, green‑card holder, or authorized).

Required skills

• Avionics troubleshooting and wiring installation.
• Use of hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices, and test equipment.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft electrical/electronic systems.
