Senior Account Manager – Advertising

About the role

Netflix is expanding its Ads team and seeks a Senior Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of advertising campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner to Netflix Client Partners, guiding top‑tier advertisers from proposal through post‑campaign analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to understand client needs and present tailored Netflix ad solutions.
• Lead media planning, respond to RFPs, and develop pricing, targeting, and packaging proposals.
• Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings, campaign kick‑offs, and asset collection sessions.
• Oversee delivery performance, work with Ads Operations for order implementation, and drive optimization and upsell opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven insights, post‑campaign reports, and resolve escalations with long‑term solutions.
• Collaborate on custom creative production and maintain deep knowledge of Netflix ad products, sponsorships, targeting, and policies.
• Develop and maintain training materials, onboard new Account Managers, and support sales enablement initiatives.
• Assist with monthly billing, invoicing, and finance coordination.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, advertising, or media sales.
• Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships and deliver complex campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with advertising campaign workflow and media planning.
• Familiarity with ad operations, technical troubleshooting, and data‑driven reporting.
• Knowledge of digital ad products, targeting capabilities, and sponsorship offerings.
