Manager, Digital Shelf

About the role

The eCommerce Digital Shelf Manager defines and advances a best‑in‑class digital shelf vision, translating strategy into scalable execution across retailers and driving measurable growth. The role reports to the Director of Sales Strategy and is based in the Commercial Strategy Office in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve digital shelf reporting to provide a comprehensive view of brand and competitor presence across online channels.
• Support the rollout strategy for the Digital Store framework.
• Monitor and recommend improvements to Digital Shelf KPIs such as share of merchandise, share of search and content health scores.
• Lead the creation of high‑performing product content—including hero images, carousels, SEO‑optimized descriptions—and drive the Ratings & Reviews strategy.
• Manage digital‑shelf AI workstreams and supervise two contractor direct reports.
• Produce ad‑hoc eCommerce trainings, presentations and collaborate with digital‑shelf partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, market research, consumer packaged goods or related fields.
• Advanced understanding of Digital Shelf and eCommerce fundamentals and associated tools.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data points and insights to create best practices that unlock growth.
• Proven capability to operate effectively in ambiguity and work with cross‑functional teams.
