About the role

Rotate Digital is seeking a remote Link Building Specialist to identify high‑quality backlink opportunities and secure guest post placements that meet the company’s SEO standards. You will manage link acquisition within a monthly budget while leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate websites for guest‑post placements that meet editorial and authority standards.
• Execute monthly link‑building campaigns, building backlinks consistently for assigned clients.
• Manage monthly budgets efficiently to ensure cost‑effective link acquisition.
• Maintain a minimum 95% on‑time guest‑post delivery rate.
• Vet and approve outreach sites against internal quality guidelines.
• Track and report link placements, monitoring live status in internal trackers.
• Collaborate with the content team to align guest‑post content with site requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate prospecting, vetting, and outreach.

Required profile

• Driven – able to handle high rejection rates and stay persistent.
• Teachable – open to guidance from the Head of Outreach and quick to learn the company’s playbook.
• Initiative – capable of independently evaluating relevance and authority of link opportunities.
• Accountable – responsible for maintaining relationships with webmasters and meeting delivery deadlines.

What we offer
