About the role
Join an award‑winning digital marketing agency that serves home services and healthcare clients. You will lead comprehensive SEO projects, from technical audits to content strategy, delivering measurable traffic and lead growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full SEO audits, identify issues, propose solutions and track results.
- Perform keyword research and develop content strategies aligned with search intent and competition.
- Implement on‑page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking and content optimization.
- Handle technical SEO tasks such as site speed, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects and crawl error resolution.
- Develop and manage local SEO campaigns, optimizing Google Business Profiles and citations.
- Execute link‑building outreach and audit existing backlinks.
- Write or refine SEO‑focused blog posts, landing pages and service pages.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate research, content ideation and technical audits.
- Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions using Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs.
- Provide performance reports to account managers and support client communication as needed.
Required profile
- 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven traffic and lead growth.
- Strong analytical mindset; decisions driven by data.
- Excellent written English and ability to present strategies clearly.
Required skills
- Keyword research and content strategy.
- On‑page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking).
- Technical SEO (site speed, schema, crawl audits, URL structure).
- Local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, map pack).
- Link‑building outreach and backlink analysis.
- SEO tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- AI‑powered SEO tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Basic HTML/CSS for on‑page edits.
