Project Manager – Creative Advertising Campaigns

About the role

The Project Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of creative advertising campaigns, working closely with directors, designers, developers and quality teams to ensure flawless execution, efficient resource allocation and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage campaign delivery from concept through execution, trafficking and evaluation, keeping teams aligned on tools like Smartsheet and Figma.
• Facilitate clear communication between creatives, strategists, production and account teams, identifying blockers early and proposing solutions.
• Lead small to medium projects (budgets under $500K, teams of ≤10) and act as internal point of contact for meetings, risk communication and action tracking.
• Support North America and LATAM teams on fast‑paced, high‑visibility projects and identify organic account growth opportunities.
• Analyze project health, report financial metrics and participate in retrospectives and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing digital projects in agencies or marketing environments, preferably on large or global accounts.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social, retail and mass media.
• Strong communication, collaboration and self‑driven problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Advanced English proficiency and comfort working with international, cross‑functional teams.
