Senior Account Executive, Hotel Partnerships (Denver, CO)

About the role

A global travel company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow hotel partnerships for a fast-growing hotels team. You will own the full sales funnel in an assigned region, turning cold leads into signed partners among independent and boutique hotels, and support new-market launches. The role drives net-new supply and quarterly growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed KPIs by owning the performance of an assigned region
• Prospect new hotel partners through research, networking and internal sales tools
• Run targeted sales strategies, negotiate and close new hotel partnerships
• Develop acquisition and localized supply strategies for established and emerging markets
• Communicate the platform's value proposition by phone, email and in person
• Qualify leads and move them quickly through the funnel
• Own new-market launches, including lead generation support and cross-functional coordination
• Support hotel onboarding for won opportunities and build strong partner relationships

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in sales and/or account management
• CRM experience
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented and fast-moving
• Proven ability to build partner relationships and influence them
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines, and to balance daily work with long-term strategy
• Quick learner with a get-it-done mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Preferred: experience at a fast-growing tech startup or hospitality company, hospitality experience, and passion for travel

What we offer

• Pay rate range of $85-$100 per hour plus benefits
• Fixed-term engagement of approximately 12 months (through November 5, 2027)
• Start date of November 10, 2026
• W-2 contract position based in Denver, CO, with up to 30% travel
