Bilingual Spanish Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

AT&T is hiring a part-time bilingual Spanish-speaking Retail Sales Consultant in Denver, Colorado. The role sits on the Retail team, where associates guide customers through the latest devices and personalized services using a consultative approach. Bilingual candidates may receive additional starting pay.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers to the right solution on the sales floor, using a consultative sales approach
• Meet sales targets and earn commission on the full suite of products, devices and services
• Take part in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Dedication to an excellent customer experience, problem-solving ability and a helpful attitude
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided for those without sales experience

• Pay of $42,000 to $48,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission for top sellers
