Senior Account Executive – Healthcare Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS division is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help shape healthcare advertising campaigns for leading pharma and biotech clients. This hybrid position can be based in any of the company’s U.S. offices or worked remotely, depending on team needs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated strategies that align with client goals.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to clients.
• Identify potential risks early and create proactive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate across workstreams to ensure tactical and business plans are aligned.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of account management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising.
