Senior Account Executive – Equipment Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join an equipment finance lessor that partners with dealers, distributors, and manufacturers. This remote position focuses on serving customers on the West Coast, managing the full sales cycle from origination to funding.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and grow vendor financing programs for equipment manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and resellers.
• Structure and present financing solutions, negotiate lease terms and pricing, and manage accounts from application through funding.
• Develop new relationships while expanding existing accounts, and support ongoing transactions for manufacturer programs.
• Facilitate credit information gathering for underwriting and ensure prompt invoice payment and service level monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equipment financing or related sales.
• Strong executive‑level sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting financial targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve set objectives.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the equipment financing marketplace and its benefits for lessees and vendors.
• Experience in vendor leasing program development and account management.
