Regional Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Altius Search Group is seeking a Regional Manager – Professional Services to drive business development within the professional services vertical. The role focuses on building relationships with firms that need financing for technology and office equipment through tailored leasing and financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional services firms and related businesses.
• Identify financing opportunities and recommend tailored leasing and equipment finance solutions.
• Manage sales activity from initial prospecting through transaction closing and funding.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while expanding market presence within the professional services segment.
• Stay current on industry trends, client needs, and equipment financing opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, professional services sales, or a related business development role.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Ability to build business within a specialized vertical market.

Required skills

• Experience calling on professional services firms is a plus.
