Inside Territory Business Manager – Oral Healthcare

About the role

Philips is seeking an Inside Territory Business Manager for Oral Healthcare to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales quotas in the Nashville area. You will identify opportunities within an assigned customer base and present Philips Sonicare and Zoom Whitening solutions virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trusted, long‑term relationships with customers to drive brand affinity and support Philips’s MOR growth initiative.
• Manage a territory of customers and prospects, offering products consultatively and matching needs with the Philips Oral Healthcare portfolio.
• Obtain new customers and act as the sole resource in the area, creating business plans with your supervisor.
• Conduct virtual Lunch and Learns using the Philips “Perfect Pitch” to introduce the portfolio and support patient acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 1 + year of inside sales, field sales, customer service, or relevant clinical experience.
• Results‑oriented, high‑energy individual with a hunter mentality, able to work 9:30 AM‑6:00 PM Central Time.

Required skills

• Strong PC skills, including MS Project.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Outlook email and calendar management.
