Advanced Imaging Area Sales Manager – Image Guided Therapy Devices

About the role

Philips, a leader in image‑guided therapy, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth of disposable products and services for Image Guided Therapy Devices across Texas (DFW or Houston). The role combines territory sales, product launch collaboration and strong clinical engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for all applicable disposable products and services within the assigned territory.
• Partner with Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers to launch new products and meet development goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current and future company offerings and market trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians, clinicians, C‑suite executives and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 9+ years of sales experience with a proven record in customer relationship and account management within the medical imaging sector.
• BA or BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the region and occasional national travel.

Required skills

• Intravascular Ultrasound Systems (IVUS) expertise.
• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) expertise.
• Near‑infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) expertise.

• Base salary plus target incentive with total earnings potential of $182,750–$330,000.
