Territory Business Manager – Oral Healthcare

About the role

The Territory Business Manager will present Philips' latest oral healthcare innovations to dental professionals across the assigned Nevada territory. The role involves building strategic partnerships, driving product recommendations, and supporting dental practices with comprehensive oral care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Detail the Philips Sonicare, Zoom, and full Oral Care portfolio to dentists, hygienists, assistants, and team members.
• Achieve revenue growth targets and meet/exceed direct sales quotas within the territory.
• Conduct office visits, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Promote Sonicare as the #1 Most Often Recommended toothbrush and Zoom as the top patient‑requested whitening system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting quotas.
• Willingness to travel 15‑30% overnight.
• US work authorization; must reside within commuting distance of Las Vegas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Comfort using iPad applications for sales activities.
