About the role

A leading commercial equipment finance company is looking for a motivated Account Executive to drive direct sales within a regional territory. The role focuses on small to mid‑sized businesses with financing needs ranging from $20k to $1MM.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned major accounts and prospect new customers across vertical markets such as construction, material handling, oil & gas, hospitality, and agriculture.
Identify financing needs, structure deals, and advocate for the company’s financing solutions while supporting and training existing channel accounts.
Travel 20‑30% as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2‑10 years of sales experience in the equipment finance industry, with a proven hunter mindset.
Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
