Equipment Finance Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

Join a bank‑owned equipment finance company that combines the stability of a bank with the agility of a specialized finance firm. This remote position focuses on driving growth in key markets by building strong, lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and corporate revenue targets.
• Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development, and referral partnerships.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources.
• Educate customers and partners on financing solutions and value proposition.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

Required profile

• Proven success in equipment finance sales with an established book of business.
• Experience structuring transactions in the $500K‑$5MM range.
• Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
