Seller Content LIVE Account Manager

About the role

The Seller Content LIVE Account Manager will lead the growth of TikTok Shop’s live‑streaming commerce feature. You will work directly with sellers to design, execute and optimise live‑shopping campaigns that drive sustained GMV.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement seller‑focused live strategies aligned with platform commerce goals.
• Analyse live‑stream performance data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned sellers, handling planning, communication, execution and performance coaching.
• Identify growth opportunities within the seller portfolio, expanding live‑commerce adoption and driving incremental GMV.
• Stay current on live‑stream trends, algorithm updates and best practices, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, scalable initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in eCommerce, social media, digital content, business development or sales within live‑streaming, media or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of driving seller growth and revenue.
• Strong understanding of one‑to‑one and one‑to‑few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
