About the role
CooperVision is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the NYC Metro area. The role drives execution of commercial strategy, ensures sales and margin targets are met, and builds a high‑performing team of Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed regional sales, market share, and margin objectives.
- Coach, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives through regular field visits.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate priorities.
- Analyze territory performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Manage promotional investments and regional resources to maximize ROI.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales, account management, or related commercial experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree plus relevant experience also considered.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM platforms and business planning tools.
