Security Engineer – Infrastructure & Client Platform

About the role

Reliable Robotics is developing safety‑enhancing technology for aviation. As a Security Engineer focused on infrastructure and client platforms, you will strengthen the hardening and defense of the company’s internal systems and ensure secure end‑user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor security tools for internal infrastructure and development environments.
• Partner with client platform engineers to enforce security configurations on all endpoints (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android) using appropriate MDM solutions.
• Develop and maintain access control schemes, SaaS AAA, and zero‑trust SSO designs.
• Automate security operations with infrastructure‑as‑code, providing reproducible solutions and documentation.
• Perform log analysis, threat hunting, and investigate security alerts from EDR or external IOCs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT/Infrastructure Security, SecOps, or Corporate Infrastructure Security.
• Strong understanding of endpoint operating systems (macOS, Windows 11) and large‑scale configuration via MDM platforms.
• Deep knowledge of SSL certificates, PKI, and credential management.
• Solid networking fundamentals, including VLAN segmentation, ZTNA, firewalls, and WiFi security.

Required skills

• MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Modern endpoint protection tools (EDR/XDR) and SIEM/log management platforms.
• Experience with SSL/TLS, PKI, and secure network architecture.
