Security Engineer – AI‑Driven Defense Platform

About the role

Method Security is looking for a Security Engineer to help expand the capabilities of its AI‑driven cybersecurity platform. You will design tools and workflows that turn complex security processes into autonomous product features, working closely with developers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and extend defensive and offensive security tools that enhance the AI platform.
• Develop automated solutions in Python and Go to streamline security workflows and enable intelligent responses to vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Create and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and virtualization software for continuous testing and simulation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security capabilities that meet user needs and high operational standards.
• Integrate diverse security tools into the product to support comprehensive security workflows.
• Communicate security principles and outcomes to non‑security stakeholders.
• Work directly with end users to ensure the platform solves real‑world operational problems.

Required profile

• Experience in an information‑security organization with strong familiarity with security workflows, tools, and automation.
• Proficiency in software development, especially in building automated security solutions.
