Seasonal Sales Stylist – Activewear Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Stylist to join our Beyond Yoga retail team. In this fast‑paced position you will represent the brand, deliver exceptional customer service and help drive sales during the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the brand’s body‑positive values to customers.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance according to Beyond Yoga guidelines.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage markdowns, replenish stock and follow loss‑prevention procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and collaborate with store leadership on escalated matters.
• Adopt new technologies, including Shopify, to enhance the shopping experience.
• Build relationships with the local community through events and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about active‑lifestyle apparel and able to work in a busy, deadline‑driven environment.
• Collaborative team player who promotes an inclusive and diverse workplace.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools and adapt to initiatives.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform (preferred).
