Seasonal Sales Associate – Boutique (Fashion Island)

About the role

Join Nespresso for the holiday season as a part‑time Seasonal Sales Associate (up to 19 hours per week) in the Fashion Island boutique. You will be the welcoming face of the store, offering complimentary coffee tastings, assisting with boutique operations and creating memorable coffee moments for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional customer service.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission with shoppers.
• Guide customers on their coffee journey through tastings.
• Manage digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a clean and safe boutique environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a cohesive work atmosphere.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for selling and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Eagerness to learn about coffee and share that knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
