Part-Time Retail Ambassador at Fashion Island

About the role

Join Rothy’s as a Retail Ambassador at the Fashion Island store in Newport Beach. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer through best‑in‑class service, product expertise, and brand presentation.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting customer relationships.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older and able to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for service and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and safely use ladders or step stools.

Required skills

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Ability to follow dress code and wear Rothy’s shoes during shifts.
