About the role
Join Rothy’s as a Seasonal Retail Ambassador at Bridgeport Village in Tigard, OR. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying Rothy’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class service, guiding customers through product features and sustainable story.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting client relationships.
- Support store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older with previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, passion for service, and ability to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days, and ability to stand, lift up to 25 lb, and use ladders safely.
