Join Rothy’s as a Seasonal Retail Ambassador in Greenwich, CT, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand’s values on the sales floor. You will focus on building meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class service rooted in Rothy’s values, showcasing product expertise.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while creating lasting customer relationships.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow store policies, SOPs, and dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during shifts.

Required profile

• Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a service‑driven environment.
• 18 years of age or older with previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders or step stools safely.
