Full-Time Keyholder in Greenwich

About the role

As a Keyholder at Rothy’s in Greenwich, you will embody the brand’s values by creating a service‑first culture on the sales floor and ensuring smooth store operations. You will act as a role model, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and model the Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and coaching.
• Drive personal and team sales results and support team selling.
• Engage in clienteling to build lasting customer relationships.
• Assist with in‑store events, activations, and community engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and uphold store standards and SOPs.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, overseeing daily operations and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Commitment to Rothy’s values and dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during shifts.
