About the role
Join Rothy’s as a Retail Ambassador, representing the brand on the sales floor and delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer, driving personal sales and contributing to team goals.
- Build lasting relationships through clienteling and personalized service.
- Support daily store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Required profile
- Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
- 18 years of age or older with previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
