About the role
Join Rothy’s as a Seasonal Retail Ambassador at Disney Springs, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand’s sustainable values. This temporary, on‑site role focuses on building meaningful connections with shoppers while supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class service, showcasing product knowledge and brand values.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals through clienteling.
- Maintain store appearance, replenish stock, and support visual merchandising.
- Follow store policies and SOPs to ensure operational excellence.
Required profile
- Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
