Outside Sales Representative

About the role

The Outside Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by building relationships with new and existing customers in the event rental and tenting industry. Based in Orlando, the role involves frequent travel to client sites and event venues across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in event, hospitality, and commercial markets.
• Conduct outbound calls, in‑person meetings, and site visits to present tailored tenting solutions.
• Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Estimating to evaluate site conditions and coordinate logistics.
• Manage a designated sales territory and represent the company at trade shows.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or construction with strong customer‑service focus.
• Proven B2B outside sales experience; event rental experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and travel frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in standard office software such as email and spreadsheets.
