Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Youtech, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, is looking for an SEO Specialist to join its in‑house team. The role is full‑time, onsite, Monday‑Friday, and focuses on improving organic visibility and traffic for client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaign configurations to drive organic growth.
• Utilize Google and Bing tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Optimize, My Business, Bing Places) to analyze and optimize performance.
• Craft and execute local and long‑tail search strategies to enhance visibility and attract targeted traffic.
• Provide regular detailed reports on search performance and SEO metrics to project management and senior management.
• Develop an innovative link‑building plan for incoming and recurring clients.
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources necessary for successful SEO strategy implementation.
• Oversee execution and management of SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Stay current with the latest SEO, search engine, and internet marketing trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly.
