Screening Recruiter for Door-to-Door Sales Team

About the role

We are a US‑based marketing company that specializes in staffing door‑to‑door sales teams. We are looking for a dedicated Screening Recruiter to manage job postings, conduct initial phone screens, and guide candidates through our recruitment process. This fully remote position requires strong English communication and a focus on candidate retention.

Key responsibilities

• Post job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and discover new job boards.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews, scheduling qualified candidates via an auto‑dialing system.
• Maintain daily communication with candidates through calls, texts, and emails, and follow up on missed interviews.
• Monitor and update the company’s digital footprint, including website job postings and recent reviews.
• Provide daily updates to the market manager and ensure interview logistics are clear.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably for sales or marketing roles.
• 2+ years of remote interviewing experience, especially using Zoom.
• Strong verbal English skills and comfort speaking on the phone.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to track and meet candidate intake and retention metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency using Zoom for remote interviews.
• Familiarity with auto‑dialing and scheduling tools.
