SAP Application Engineer – E-Invoicing Solutions

About the role

The SAP Application Engineer will own the technical support, configuration and continuous improvement of SAP applications used for Business‑to‑Government (B2G) and Brazil electronic invoicing processes. You will work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end invoicing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide techno‑functional support for SAP SD and FI modules related to B2G and Brazil NF‑e invoicing.
• Design, configure, support and troubleshoot SAP e‑invoicing solutions, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements.
• Analyze business requirements, incidents and production issues, identify root causes and propose SAP‑based solutions.
• Support Order‑to‑Cash, billing, invoicing, credit/debit notes and accounting integration processes.
• Perform SAP configuration and functional analysis to meet user and stakeholder needs.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving SAP, middleware platforms and tax‑authority communication.
• Review and approve functional and technical specification documents.
• Collaborate with product teams, developers, project managers and service‑management teams.

Required profile

• Techno‑functional SAP consultant with strong knowledge of SAP SD and FI.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and configurations.
• Basic to intermediate ABAP skills for break/fix programming and debugging.
• Experience with Brazil electronic invoicing (NF‑e) and related fiscal regulations.
