Sanitation Supervisor

About the role

As a Sanitation Supervisor you will lead the warehouse sanitation team, overseeing staffing, training, monitoring and communication of expectations. The role ensures food safety standards and pest control compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Train assigned personnel to use sound cleaning processes safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and document staff work activity and performance.
• Communicate clear work expectations and results to the team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and pest control requirements.
• Manage sanitation hiring, utilization and turnover.
• Participate in periodic audits.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean tools.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication and organizational abilities.
