Integrated Logistics Support Manager

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Integrated Logistics Support Manager to lead logistics and support activities for marine propulsion systems. This onsite position in Chesapeake, VA, supports Department of Defense projects and requires a security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies and ILS plans across all system phases.
• Manage spares provisioning, inventory accuracy, initial outfitting, and asset tracking.
• Mitigate hardware risks using Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages.
• Oversee technical data packages, technical manuals, training curricula, and maintenance requirement cards.
• Lead and evaluate multiple direct reports on performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time and perform occasional physical tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of marine propulsion systems (inboard and outboard motors).
• Experience with tech manual development and delivery.
• Experience creating integrated schedules and plans.
• Familiarity with military standards, configuration data management, and lifecycle cost tracking.
