Night Shift Warehouse Associate (Flexible)

About the role

Join Cardinal Health’s Warehouse Operations team on the night shift, providing flexible scheduling while ensuring timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting internal and external customers with accurate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established processes to pick, quality‑check, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Cross‑train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in improvement projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Obtain certification and operate material‑handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with little or no prior warehouse experience; all training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work comfortably at heights of 20‑30 ft.
• Willingness to work flexible overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; basic proficiency in English.
